It’s been a week since I’m fasting. Feeling good and better and my body start to adapt to it. Besides feeling my body is lighter, I also get to learn how to manage my mental health during this period. We’ve been locked down for more than a month at home and still trying to find something new to learn. Me myself get to learn how to edit video and share it here with you all. I hope the editing is not too bad ? Feel free to give comments and I’ll learn to improve my shooting and editing skills.
Sorry for membebel panjang ? for the past one week I’ve been doing this kind of quick workout for 10-15 minutes before break fast. I do practice fasting like how Muslims do (fasting foods and water for 13 hours), so that I can really understand how my Muslims client feel when they workout during Ramadan.
This practice is also benefits to those who want to lose fats and lose weight at the same time. Of course diet plays the biggest role in our lifestyle.
